使用 oncheck -pe 监视 BLOB 空间使用情况

oncheck -pe 命令提供了有关 BLOB 空间使用情况的信息：

存储 TEXT 和 BYTE 数据的表名（按块）
所使用的磁盘页（非 BLOB 页）数（按表）
剩余的可用磁盘页数（按块）
所用的开销页数（按块）
